Dinner Service

What it is

Five cooks at five stations, a wood-fired hearth, an invented menu, and a full night of tickets. It ends the way a real service does, with a report card: covers, plates, what died on the pass, and a paragraph about who had a rough night. The only build I have that knows how to end.
